Chevy turbo 350 transmission fluid capacity11/28/2023 I know that in the last several years there have been huge strides made in transmission fluids and requirements, so is type F still considered an acceptable choice or is it better to use a more "contemporary" fluid like Dex/Merc or Dexron VI? The last few I have done have been Ford C-4's and C-6's anyway. Too busy trying to get my own stuff done. Over the years I have done many automatic tranny rebuilds, but not so much anymore. The fluid level on the dipstick will tell you when the transmission fluid. ![]() Well, I know this is gonna open a can of worms, but I need to ask. chevy 350 transmission fluid capacity1996 Chevrolet C1500 - trans.fluid capacity.
